Most warehouse and industrial floors will have joints with spalled edges and this should be seen as an early indication of more serious potential long term damage. Using the floor joint reseal repair method in conjunction with CG Flooring Systems' semi-rigid floor joint sealant, we can reduce or even prevent further edge spalling. However, this relatively simple repair process can only be utilised if the edge damage is detected at an early stage. To find out more please visit our “Floor Joint Reseal Repair section” or contact us for more information.

Wide joints increase the risk of arris spalling due to the deflection of the joint sealant under load. Therefore it is important to reduce the width of the floor joint opening at surface level. Our tried and tested floor joint arris repair solution allows a 50mm wide ‘traditional expansion joint’ to be replaced with a neat 5mm wide, fully sealed saw cut. Each of our floor joint repairs are ground smooth and flush with the adjacent floor surface to ensure that wheeled traffic has a smooth transition over the repaired floor joint. To find out more please visit our “Floor Joint Arris Repair section” or contact us for more information.

Floor joints can become loose mainly because they lack an effective load transfer device. Other factors are to do with excessive shrinkage and/or curling due to irregular moisture and temperature changes. With our CoGri Joint Stabiliser load transfer can be restored almost immediately with our highly trained approved installers. Thus allowing for your floor to return to service straight away with minimal impact upon your operation. To find out more please visit our “CoGri Joint Stabiliser page” or contact us for more information.
